$29 million headquarters building, stretching out over nearly 300,000 square feet.  This facility has LED lighting throughout.  It met an aggressive design build schedule.  Issued slab rough in sets, then shell design drawings, then process connection drawings to design project as it was being constructed.  The owners, engineers and representatives met together to design a power distribution system that accommodates their flexibility requirements, specific equipment needs and is visually pleasing for their customers.
