Wade's Restaurant

3500 square foot restaurant plus roof top bar/patio.  WE coordinated with kitchen equipment and supplier for water, waste, electrical and gas requirements.  Kitchen included hood and grease interceptor as part of design.  WE coordinated with the architect to minimize ductwork in exposed ceiling areas.
