The building contains an air-conditioned service shop with in-grade lifts and carbon monoxide removal system for a clean look. The LED lighting throughout the service shop and showroom emits elevated levels while still meeting the energy code requirements and establishing lighting where it is desired most. Site lighting was designed to meet the owner and brand requirements while also being in compliance with the local regulations.
