A 8,743 square foot tenant fitup in an existing  single story shopping center.  Initial MEP site surveys took place in April 2022.  The work included full demolition of the existing suites.  Facility includes an imaging center complete with exam rooms, X-ray, CT scanner, MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound and staff support spaces.  Existing rooftop units were replaced.  As this building was previously a retail center, the existing electrical service required an upgrade with installation of new 480V utility service from Georgia Power.  Due to the sensitive nature of equipment and current climate of long lead times with transformers, coordination and timing was of utmost importance.   Construction complete May 2023
