A renovated 2,100 square foot warehouse adaptive reuse project.  It is the conversion of a coffee warehouse constructed in the mid 1800's to apartments.  The first floor is business and residential and floors two and three are residential. • Coordinated exposed duct work routing with architectural features.  Also routed ductwork with truss direction where possible to maximize head heights

• Located new plumbing and electrical within new constructed walls to minimize visibility

• Utilized conduit for exposed circuiting where required on existing walls to remain
